Our love of travel started early. The Outer Banks with family, a honeymoon cruise that opened up the ocean and the Caribbean for the first time, and then the years when our boys arrived and travel became family trips, road trips, and the kind of memories that stay with you forever. Every chapter taught us the same thing. The best trips aren't about the destination on a map. They're about the place where life's best moments happen.

Then somewhere along the way, Richie fell in love with golf and I fell deeper in love with the resort experience. That perfect arrival. The ahh moment when you walk through the door and know immediately this is going to be a good trip. We started looking for the places that had both, a course worth traveling for and a resort worth staying in, and we have never stopped looking.

Our boys are grown now and stepping into their own adventures. We could not be prouder, and we find ourselves exactly where we always imagined we would be. Planning the next trip, chasing the next beautiful moment, and grateful for every single one.

Meet Richie

I was born into the hospitality industry and learned customer service from working on dad's charter fishing boat at just 8 years old. My love for golf started much later in life with help of my brother, a PGA certified professional, who introduced me to the game while working as the Head Pro at the world famous Pinehurst Resort.

For the last 28 years, my professional life ran on schedules, spreadsheets, and strategy decks. I led enterprise level business and technology programs at a Fortune 100 bank under the warm glow of fluorescent lights.

With our empty nest chapter finally arriving and Stephanie's well established travel advising business thriving, I realized life is too short to do anything other than what we love most: helping others enjoy the same unforgettable experiences we do.
