There is a moment when you arrive somewhere truly beautiful. The warm air, the sound of the water, the feeling that everything is exactly right. We have been chasing that moment together for 25 years. Tide & Links is how we share it with you.

Our love of travel started early. The Outer Banks with family. A honeymoon cruise that introduced us to the open ocean and the Caribbean for the very first time. Then years of cruising together before our boys arrived and everything shifted to Disney World, family road trips, and the kind of memories that stay with you forever.

It was cruising that showed us the Caribbean. It was Disney that showed us what travel truly means. Not just a destination on a map but the place where life's best moments happen.

Somewhere along the way Richie fell in love with golf and I fell deeper in love with the resort experience. That perfect arrival. The ahh moment when you walk through the door and know immediately that this is going to be a good trip. We started looking for places that had both and we have never stopped looking.

Our boys are grown and stepping into their own adventures. We could not be prouder, and we find ourselves exactly where we always imagined we would be, planning the next trip, chasing the next beautiful moment, and grateful for every single one.

Meet Richie

I was born into the hospitality industry and learned customer service from working on dad's charter fishing boat at just 8 years old. My love for golf started much later in life with help of my brother, a PGA certified professional, who introduced me to the game while working as the Head Pro at the world famous Pinehurst Resort.

For the last 28 years, my professional life ran on schedules, spreadsheets, and strategy decks. I led enterprise level business and technology programs at a Fortune 100 bank under the warm glow of fluorescent lights.

With our empty nest chapter finally arriving and Stephanie's well established travel advising business thriving, I realized life is too short to do anything other than what we love most: helping others enjoy the same unforgettable experiences we do.

A career in healthcare was not the path I imagined would lead me into travel planning, yet those years dedicated to the wellbeing of others taught me to listen closely and notice the details that matter.
